We are so happy to announce Thomas Oosterhuis started in August as an intern on our data science team!
After a bachelor in astrophysics and mathematics at University College Utrecht, he decided to take a more applied approach. Thomas will graduate from the Geo-Information Science MSc at Wageningen University, with a focus on remote sensing and data analysis, after this internship.
The coming months he will be analysing satellite time-series to determine cocoa tree age in Ghana.
In his free time Thomas enjoys cooking, preferably with produce from his own garden.
