Thomas Goldman
R&D Intern
Thomas is working as an intern in the R&D department where he is exploring the capability of using the land and vegetation height data from the altimeter on ICESAT-2 to infer carbon density. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in physics at the University of Amsterdam, he started a master’s degree in aerospace engineering at the Delft University of Technology where he focuses on spacecraft flight dynamics and planetary sciences. Thomas is generally interested in astrodynamics, applications of spacecraft and the use of machine learning. Furthermore, Thomas likes gaming and spending time with friends.
