Graduated in Politecnico di Milano and Tongji University of Shanghai with a double master degree in Product Service System Design, Viola is our Service and UX Designer with over 10 years experience in helping companies to innovate and improve their customer experience. She believes service design is the key to create solutions that reduce complexity, improve usability and provide good experience by engaging people at an emotional level. In the past, she worked as Service Design consultant for several clients such as Alpitour, Boehringer Ingelheim, Ermenegildo Zegna, Generali, Ferragamo, and many others, in Italy and China. She also teaches at IED Milan since 2015, and helps students to learn the design process through design thinking approach. Living between Milan and Barcelona, she spends every moment of her freetime in sketching, illustrating, traveling and hopefully learning a new language.
